User Addition to price plan

Dears, i have two critical Qs:

1. what is the amount i have to pay if i would like to add a new user for my standard monthly price plan?

2. if i delete or deactivate a user, can i replace him with another user with ZERO extra credit?

You aren't charged per user with Articulate Online plans but by service level tiers. You can view our most popular plans and what's included here:

Once you've purchased a plan based on the number of private users you'll want to track, you can add and remove users within your plan tier without additional charges. You can upgrade to a different plan if you decide you need more users than your current plan allows.
