Using markers in Storyline - But keeping ADA Compliant

Is there an easy way to keep ADA compliant when using markers with the pop-up windows to display more information?

I was initially thinking of having a copy of the definition below each term on the main page, but make it the same color as the background so it reads aloud the text...  is there a better approach for this sort of thing?
