We are a software company who uses a ppt for training along with a Student Manual, webex, and toggle to an environment for demonstrations. Has anyone used Rise for virtual or classroom ILT with success? Is it predominately designed to be used for self-paced courses?
Great question, Traci! We sometimes use Rise courses for internal presentations and meetings, so I think they could definitely work for virtual or classroom training. You'll just want to keep that in mind as you're building it.
I have used RISE as part of classroom ILT. For the course's lab exercises, I used to have a simple 'portal' page with links to download packages, command strings, pdf's, etc. I used RISE to replace that hand-coded portal to make it look nicer and simplify the process of updating the links and resources.

Hello Traci, I'm new to using Rise and would like to know how you constructed your training? I'd like to design a virtual and ILT training.
Can you publish a quiz with instructions separate from the ILT specifically for your audience?
