Very very urgent storyline - deadline

if no one know s the answer, can I get the customer support number to call Articulat estoryline.

I published my course and uploaded to storyline and while viewing it I am finding out that the video clips on mutiple slides are not playing.

When I was working and previewing they worked fien , now in the LMS it does not work.

Hey Sid,

I had a similar issue - We had to add a MIME type to our FTP site - it was blocking MP4's from playing.

I will contact IT and ask them to implement this.
