Video WBT on LMS Issues

Folks,

I have been creating video WBT's on Articulate 09, which was published as AICC and later moved on to the LMS. The problem we are experiencing is that the file playing perfectly well while testing the HTML link, however when we run the WBT on the LMS it doesn't start unless we click on the slide on the left hand side panel.

Could you please suggest what possibly could have gone wrong. The video file size is 150MB and I reckon this could be the only issue. If yes, please suggest ways to reduce the file size and not affect the video quality.
