Weird looking Embedded Storyline Try Mode file embedded in Rise

Anthea: I assume this was recorded in Storyline and embedded into Rise. My first guess is it may be have to do with size of the window you recorded when you did the screencast in Storyline. I had some issues with that a few years back. 

To troubleshoot, you might create a dummy screen recording at roughly 16:9 (or maybe you can choose 16:9, I forget if that's an option) and uploaded into Rise to see if you get that issue. --Daniel 

Thanks Daniel. I'll give that a go. I suspected it may be my screen recording size, so it is good that you mentioned that. 

Yes, I always had to fiddle with the size of the window I was recording to
make it fit right. Let me know if that's it. --Daniel
