Hey Arash!

Thanks for posting your question here in the E-Learning Heroes Community! That's a great question, and sound effects are a really nice way to add some interest and a different type of media to your courses. Here's a few sites I've used in the past...

Keep in mind that you often have to create an account to access the files, even though they are free to download, and it's supremely important to always read the legal disclaimer or terms of use for EACH audio clip that you download. Sometimes you have to put a link back or reference to the site where you downloaded it in your materials. Whatever the case may be, it will be laid out in the TOS text that usually accompanies every website or audio clip. You just don't want to be infringing on copyright thats all :)
