Which will be better for me....Storyline or Rise

Since Brightspace is an LMS, it will be able to accept either since they both produce SCORM files.

You should use your content to determine which tool to use. If it's simpler less interactive content, you might choose Rise; if you need more interaction or customization options, you might choose Storyline. Search for "Rise vs. Storyline" in the community and you'll find plenty of discussions like this one of when to use each tool.

Allison gave you some good advice. I'll add one more thing... If you need to design something that will work across mobile devices (smartphones, tablets), I would take a close look at RISE.  Although it's interactions are pretty fundamental, it works really nicely in those situations where mobility is critical.

Curious to know others experience uploading storyline files/scorm files to Bright space. Is it compatible with mobile and web or does it work better with one or the other? Looking into a transition with a new LMS.
