Just wondering why in the Community section of the Articulate website, there are no direct links to any of the Support functions (like on the top or bottom of the page)?
Since so much of the Community happens to deal with supporting users, the absence of any direct links to Support seems odd to me.
Yes, from here in the Community. community.articulate.com
Again, I was only curious as I spend a lot of time in the community and sometimes forget I got support bookmarks and go looking on a community page to move there quickly for something and there's nothing.
Got me wondering if some others--particular newcomers--might feel the same.
Thanks, Gerry. Like you, I'm curious to know if others feel the same. We definitely want to make Heroes as helpful to folks as possible and are open to suggestions.
Same. I think it's a little inconvenient to go to the Articulate proper site to get to the support > contacts or knowledge base articles. This is the internet, after all. Hyperlinks are a click away

A direct link to support would be great!
Can't find what you need in the community? Get Support!
Here you can find a helpful knowledge base or can contact us to generate a support case.
Hi Guys, Are you talking about having a Support link on community.articulate.com or on www.articulate.com/community?
Assuming you are talking about here, on E-learning Heroes?
Yes, from here in the Community. community.articulate.com

Agree! And a bug report link please! Not everything is a support ticket.
I too agree with the need for support links on these pages! Less need to jump around when support is needed.
Agree
Support link & bug link would be great
I also agree. The link to support is a bit buried. It should be up front and I also agree about a need for a place to report bugs.
+ 1 to both
