Why No Direct Links To Support in the Community?

Curiosity question . . .

Just wondering why in the Community section of the Articulate website, there are no direct links to any of the Support functions (like on the top or bottom of the page)?

Since so much of the Community happens to deal with supporting users, the absence of any direct links to Support seems odd to me.

Not a criticism at all --just curious . . .

Yes, from here in the Community. community.articulate.com

Again, I was only curious   as I spend a lot of time in the community and sometimes forget I got support bookmarks and go looking on a community page to move there quickly for something and there's nothing.

Got me wondering if some others--particular newcomers--might feel the same.
