wordpress plugin help

My organization is starting an online training program and we are using articulate in worpress to do so. Already have the plugin from Brian Bratt and after some issues with the file size I have been able to upload our fist 95mb zip file into the media gallery via FTP.
When I go to insert the presentation from the plugin and click the content library tab it says no directories available. I cannot simply upload either because our serve has a max file size set at 64mb, hence why i used filezilla and ftp.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Allison,
I am trying to insert an Articulate Powerpoint presentation and quiz on my
wordpress website. Our server only allows a 64mb upload when using
wordpress, so I figured out how to upload our 95mb file to the media
library via FTP. When I click the articulate icon on my page edit and try
to get into the content library to get the file is says no directories
available. Wanted to know how to retrieve a file already uploaded on the
server.
I am also not able to upload the file from my computer due to the large
file size and the limits set by our server.
