Writing about your ELearning Project (on your website, blog, whitepaper, etc...)

This will be my first attempt at writing about my ELearning Project and I wanted to get some insights and best practices on how you write about your project for your website, blog, a whitepaper.  Do you write about the process as you move through each "ADDIE" step?  Do you write about the process after the project is complete?  Any other info would be helpful.
