I applied a zoom region to an image together with a transparent shape instead of a hotspot. After the zoom happens, the image doubles. Is there something wrong with the combination of the zoom and the transparent shape? I started with a hotspot but the same thing happens.
What i wanted to happen was that after zooming in, the hotspot or the shape serves as a trigger to go to the next slide/layer.
What happens is after the zoom happens, the image gets doubled, as seen in the attachment. I've tried both hotspot and a transparent shape to serve as the trigger to go to the next slide or layer and it works. its just the image that is the challenge.
Okay, that makes sense. But I'm not sure either why you are getting a double zoom. I tried to recreate a similar idea in this project (attached) and it seems to function the way you are explaining you want it to work.
Can you share the one slide you have built where you're having the issue?
It actually happens to all the slides. The only difference is that the zoom was to happen after a sequence of images and textboxes. It actually happens in all of the slides that I put a zoom region in.
Can you share one slide of your project where this is occurring? I tried to recreate what you are explaining, but I can't seem to make the issue happen that you are describing.

Can you explain the reasoning for using the shape/hotspot? Is it being zoomed into as well?
I couldn't duplicate what you are saying, but I'm also not sure about why/how you are utilizing the shape in this scenario?

Puzzled as well.
