360 files are not saving
I have been storing files on my local drive and saving while I work periodically throughout the day. Now when I open files I have been working on for months, I am met with autosave recoveries. Then when I attempt to open the file, I am told it is an empty file or being used by another process.
This is strange. I haven't had this problem before. I've lost training files, recreated them and lost process on the new files.

Being used by another process can frequently be cured by turning the computer off. I find that it helps to exit out of SL about once per hour. Ten minutes before the hour, I close SL, check email, and restart SL. Cuts way down on losses.

Hi Walt! I restarted but that doesn't help. This issue is really puzzling for me because I use SL everyday for hours and hours, but have never had issues with saving.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the issues are multiplying: playing and previewing slides is not working; the program freezes, it's saving new names for my training. It's a nightmare.
