If the Review 360 link isn't loading on a few machines, please try clearing their browser's cache to see if this helps. Review 360 doesn't limit or restrict access when multiple machines try to access the same link - Review 360 links are designed to be accessed by multiple reviewers to leave feedback.
Can I ask the purpose of accessing the same Articulate 360 review link from 4 to 5 machines simultaneously? Was it for load testing the course to see how fast it loaded in a production-like environment? Can you replicate the behavior when you upload your course to an LMS and access the course using the same number of machines?
