Articulate Rise SCORM course - Embedded VIMEO Videos aren't displayed (refused to connect cdn.embedly.com)
Hi,
Created a SCORM using Articulate Rise which was embedded with VIMEO videos. Have shared the course to all our clients using our LMS, and one of our clients reported that the course videos aren't displayed and report the issue as "cdn.embedly.com refused to connect". Please find attached the screenshots of the course view and the developer console view. Please check and suggest solutions or workarounds.

Given that you uploaded your course to your LMS and shared it with your clients, and only one of them reported the issue, there's a strong possibility that this issue is isolated to that client's network settings. Please have them work with their network team to resolve the problem - they may need to add "cdn.embedly.com" to their network's allowlist.
