Attaching files in other languages

I attached a file today with a French file name and the name of the file was exported as FRANCA~3.doc.  It is the correct file, but the name is not.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Any way to fix?  Could it be because of the special characters in the file name?

    Hi, Donna! That's right. You'll want to avoid using special characters, accents, or symbols in your file names, including spaces and underscores. Please try changing your filename and see if you are still getting the issue.
