Audio not pausing

I understand that the audio on your slide does not pause as you'd hoped. First, I'd like to confirm that you have the Play / Pause option, and Volume option checked off in Player Controls. You can check by selecting Home on the top ribbon > Player.
Next, I'm curious to learn if this issue happens when you preview the course or when published.
