Balancing font size and scrolling

What font size do you set your content to be in Rise? Our target audience are adult learners (in a corporate setting) primarily using laptops to access self-paced learning content. 

Our instructional designers are struggling with feedback from partners requesting font sizes to be set to 22 pt. It results in the learners having to do a lot more scrolling, and we believe that can be a turn off for adult learners.
