Cannot crop GIF
Hi all, I've got an animated gif that I'd like to insert into a Rise microlearning. When I attempt to crop the gif using the Crop Image tool, the crop does not persist once I hit save. This occurs with both a manual crop and a "constrain to square" crop. Anyone else encounter this and if so, is there a workaround or fix?

I'm sorry to hear you ran into this behavior.
I can confirm that we are currently tracking a known bug in Rise 360 that prevents learners from cropping GIF images. I've added this ELH post to the bug report so we can notify everyone who is subscribed to the thread as soon as a fix is released.

For people experiencing the same issues, I use this online tool to crop GIF images while waiting for this bug to be fixed.
