Caption text in videos showing different size to different viewers
Hi,
We have a Storyline block in rise. The Storyline block has videos with Captions.
When we test, the captions show correctly and look right, but for many others the Captions basically fill the screen and the video content is hidden.
Any reason for this and any ideas?

I would love to help you troubleshoot, I just have a few clarifying questions:
- Is this happening with all Storyline blocks or just this one in particular?
- Is this happening when previewing the course or when viewing the published content?
- Have they tried using a different browser, clearing the cache, or rebooting the hardware?
If you'd like you can share your project with us here, or privately through a support case so we can investigate this. We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete!

Hi,
I do not have access to the Storyline block or rise module at this stage as it is an external vendor that is developing this course for us. It applies to all of the videos in each Storyline block. It is a published test version that we are using. different browsers are being used. I am working with the vendor to ask them to make a few changes to see if it can be changed.
do all storyline files have the same slide size?
Yes, all are the same size. We are currently investigating this ourselves as it seems to be hit and miss on who it effects irrespective of browsers, screen resolution and browser zoom settings.
