"Clicked" State not appearing during Freeform Question

I have created a series of Freeform questions for a knowledge check. For each answer/text box, I have changed the "clicked" state to highlight in a gold colour (See screenshot of state bo...
I believe a glitch has happened with the animations. Which may mean all the text boxes need rebuilding.
The animations are set to by paragraph which is why they look like grouped objects, but removing that then means the object no longer appears on preview.
I think the animations corrupted something and they all need rebuilding as removing the animations doesn't fix it.
