Closed Captions position inconsistent.
I have two projects; both have the closed captions position set to the bottom. In one project the closed caption box is at the bottom of the screen showing a very small gap (1/8 inch). In the other project the closed captions box displays about 1 inch above the bottom of the screen. What causes the position of the closed captions box to change when the settings are the same in each project?

Hi TIMHush-65e1374!
It sounds like you're experiencing inconsistencies with the placement of the closed captioning box, in Storyline!
I'd be happy to help troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to get us started:
- Are you noticing this behavior only while previewing the course within Storyline, or after publishing to Review 360, or LMS?
- If it only occurs while previewing, the CC box will appear differently depending on which view is being used (Desktop/Tablet/Mobile).
- Are you working with a dual-monitor setup? If so, and this issue only occurs within Storyline, we recommend display scaling settings (DPI) of 100% on both monitors. This helps ensure consistent sizing across all hardware.
If you're comfortable sharing one of the problematic .story files, we'd be happy to take a closer look and test it further on our end. Feel free to upload a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
