Completion Issues in LMS

Hi everyone, 

I am working on my first eLearning courses and I'm in the home stretch. I'm having trouble getting my LMS (EmployeeU, or I think the "parent" company is NeoGov?) to register as "complete." 

I've tried fiddling with LOTS of things, including settings in the Publish menu, (such as "Complete/Incomplete" vs. "Passed/Incomplete" and "...when learner views 100% of slides" vs. "...when learner views # of slides").

After consulting with our eLearning SME, I even added a "Complete" button to the last slide so we could add that as a tracking method (in addition to "...when the learner..."), but that didn't work either.

I tried testing the files in SCORM Cloud, and they both transmit "Completion" as "Complete" and "Success" as "Passed." 

I even tried running the debug log on one of our courses, but of course, I'm not sure what I'm looking at. I'm afraid I'm missing something big, but I'm second guessing myself because our eLearning SME was stumped as well. 

Is this something this community can help with? I'm attaching the debug log for Part 1. Thank you in advance.

    Hi Megan, you are doing everything that I would do! It seems like it may be an LMS issue, not an Articulate issue. Have you gotten feedback from NeoGov?

    Hi Megan. I agree. If it is recording correctly in SCORM Cloud, the issue must be specific to your LMS. Have you tried creating a very simple one or two slide test in Storyline to see if that works in your LMS?
