Connecting to Watershed

We are making a course where we want to collect data as the learners progress. To see the data we decided to get a Watershed Essentials account (the free version) to get an understanding of how LRS’s work, but when we run our test course we cannot see any of the data in Watershed.
Does anyone know what could be the problem?

 

As we are new to working with LRS’s, we don’t know if the issue lies in Watershed or Storyline. We did set it up according to the instructions we could find in a Storyline guide, by checking the box to “Report to an external LRS”, manually assigning the LRS endpoint, the key and secret that was available in Watershed, and when we test the connection, it tells us that the project is connected to an LRS. We have already tried both Actor settings, but it made no difference to the result.

 

We would greatly appreciate any help we can get with this!
