Default font colour
Hi all
I know how to change the default colour in the settings, but can you set a default colour for the font? It seems to be set to grey, and I need to go and change each text block to black.

Does anyone know what the HEX code or RGB code is for the RISE default grey font? I want to add a picture of some text and would like to match it to the same font colour.

Hi Teresa,
Try these RGB values out: 49, 53, 55. I started a new course, took a screenshot of a "Paragraph with Heading" block, then used the eyedropper tool in PPT. Assuming that the paragraph body text is the same color as the heading, this should be close enough to match even it's not 100% exact. Good luck!

Hi Rise Community
I would also like to add my vote to this feature. My accessibility team have recently pointed out the grey colour needs to be updated to black. I am now going block by block and it is time consuming. Please can you work on this feature, it would make a lot of people happy.

I concur really need a black default font color

Thank you so much for taking everyone's concerns into consideration. It would be amazing to be able to make BLACK a font color for the entire project rather than changing every single block. Thank you for hopefully making this update.

I wouldn't hold your breath, this has been requested for 3 years :-( Very tedious manually changing every bit of text on large course

I have to add a vote for this as well. Why default to grey? Please work on a way to default to another color text.

I will add to this as well. The grey font is not accessible enough so to have it as a default doesn't make a lot of sense. It should just default #000000 - I have to change it on every block. And I find the text is even harder to read in the tabs. So gonna chime in as well.

With the addition of the business content, being able to change the default font size and colour across an entire lesson is VERY important.
