Download Storyline on parallels

Hello, 
I  downloaded Articulate 360 to parallels and only see the web based options (Articulate 360 training, Review 360 and Rise 360) I don't see a desktop storyline option. Please let me know if there is another option, I want to practice storyline for an interview I have.

    Hello Muneerah Alasfour,

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. Please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if they work for you: 

    1. Open Task Manager and end process all Articulate 360 services, namely:
      * Articulate 360 Desktop services
      * Articulate 360 Desktop App
    2. Relaunch the Desktop App.

    You'll also want to make sure that your Parallels environment is configured to use the settings mentioned here: 

    If the issue persists, open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
