Drag and Drop Interaction Disappears
We have users stating that the drag and drop interactions are disappearing - the entire page is blank. Even on a first attempt (almost like it doesn't load). However it is not consistent. Not everyone is experiencing it and I could not replicate it. Any suggestions on what could be causing this? Everyone that reported this issue is using the latest version of Chrome.

What browser are you using to test the file? They may want to review our system preferences for viewing courses.
Since this issue is inconsistent across users, it's likely related to the environment in which it's viewed. Secure networks might block Articulate 360 services and prevent the apps from working. We recommend adding these domains to your organization's allowlist for the best experience. At a minimum, they'll need to allow the endpoints marked as "required" for your Articulate 360 apps to work properly.
