Editing AI Audio?

Each time I go to edit my AI Audio file I am getting a pop up that is staying "check internet connection." All of my other internet needed software is working, I have also closed and reopened Storyli...

    RonPrice​ you were right!  Do you know what caused the problem so I know what to do in the future if this happens?

      Hi Could Ron explain who he is and how he knows that the bug was fixed ?It is not clear to me

      As Ron shared, we did experience a temporary outage, with the AI Assistant in Storyline 360. Sorry for the trouble! As I shared with Thomas, I suggest 'subscribing to updates' on our status page. This way, you'll receive e-mail notifications in real time, whenever an incident pops up.
