Error message loading MP4 files to rise 360 under the file size limit.

Error message loading MP4 files to rise 360, under the file size limit. I have tried multiple file sizes, logged out and back in. 

 

I have never had this issue before.

    Hi,

    If present, remove special characters and spaces from the file name,

    Also keep the file name short.
