Errors in Rise
Hi there!
I am hoping you can help with this - I used to be able to upload SVG images into Rise.
Now, I get an error... Is there a specific reason for this?
The same applies for SL files, I sometimes cannot upload these files.
Please assist.
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble uploading SVG images. I haven't seen recent reports on the issue, and I was able to upload a sample SVG image in both Rise and Storyline 360, as shown below.
Here's a download link if you want to run some tests with the sample SVG file I used above.
If you can upload that file to Rise and Storyline, we may need to test your SVG image. Kindly attach it to your response or share it with us privately through a support case.
