I have exported my e-learning course as SCORM 1.2 and compressed it in a ZIP file. I have sent the ZIP file to my colleague. This colleague can however not save the data on her computer.
Would anyone know here how to change the permissions on the document?

Hi Adèle, this will most likely not be a file permissions issue, but a restriction on your colleagues end when it comes to receiving zip files. Some orgs will block delivery through certain services. I've had some orgs (military) where a course had to be delivered on a USB drive and some orgs have to setup an FTP for me to deliver a zip file.
Check with your colleague what message/reason is given for blocking the file.
