Exporting RISE to pdf not working
Giant pine scale RISE eLearning
Hi I am trying to export my RISE eLearning to pdf so that I can attach it as evidence in a report. However I am just getting a never end loop and no product exported. I recently updated my Articulate 360.
Hello everyone, 🎉
I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Review 360. This update fixes the issue reported in this thread where users cannot export the correct feedback in PDF format on specific Review 360 courses. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available.
Let me know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported!
I'm sorry that didn't work, Stefaniada! I'm going to connect you with our Support Engineers so they can take a closer look at this course. Someone from the team will reach out to you soon!

Thanks, Stefaniada. Since it's happening with only one course, that sounds like a course-specific issue.
Could you please duplicate that course on your Rise 360 dashboard? Then, please try exporting a PDF of the duplicate course. Let me know how it goes!

Hello, Stefaniada! I'm really glad you reached out. What happens when you export your course as a PDF? Do you see an error message, or does the PDF appear blank?
Also, does this happen with all of your Rise 360 coures, or just one course in particular?

BTW - I don't have any process blocks and still can't export as pdf. Please advice. Thanks. Stef

Hi there,
It's been two years since this discussion started and I am having the same issue. Could this be fixed? Could you please submit a request for having this feature fixed with your team? Thanks. Stef
Hi Caron! What happens when you try exporting this course to PDF? Do you see an error message?
Do you notice an improvement if you use a different web browser?

I'm having trouble exporting to pdf as well, only for one course.

Hi, I see this discussion is years old, but I'm currently getting an error (says, "Something Went Wrong") when I try to export a RISE course to PDF. I do have a process block in the course, but this thread suggests the issue was resolved.
I've tried exporting with Edge and Chrome. Any other suggestions?
Hi there, Jacob. If you're still having trouble exporting, would you mind sharing your course with my team? Click here to get the process started, and we'll send you instructions on how to send a copy to us privately. We delete all customer content once we're done troubleshooting.
Thanks!
