Import Quizmaker quiz into Rise?

Hi, Tsipora.
The option "Publish to Articulate 360" that you see in the video you shared, existed in Quizmaker 360 until January 2019. As you can see in our version history, it became "Publish to Review 360" after that time. It was simply a name change, which did not change the functionality of the option.
If you want to insert a Quizmaker project into Rise 360, the process is what you described:
- Import the .quiz file in Storyline 360
- Publish to Review 360 from Storyline
- Insert it as a Storyline block in Rise 360
