Would you like to give your learners the chance to retake quizzes if they initially fail them? If so, you can check out the following articles on how to add a retry option to your quizzes:
- Storyline 360: Allow Learners to Review and Retry Only Incorrect Questions
- Storyline 360: Adding Result Slides
Learners will only be able to retake question slides if the results slide that tracks the questions is reset, and the 'Reset results' trigger is what's used to trigger this event. You mentioned not being able to relaunch your content, could you provide more information on this behavior so we can better assist you?
- Are you having trouble opening courses that have been previously closed?
- Are your courses not working as intended after they are relaunched?
- Being asked to resume is also normal if you have your course set to 'Prompt to resume'. Did you want to change this behavior for your course?
