Is there a way to prevent other team members from downloading my Storyline backups from Review 360?

Currently, there isn’t a setting that allows you keep a Storyline project backup in Review 360 while preventing specific team members with access from downloading it. Project backups are accessible to team members with a creator license.

I’m curious to learn more about your workflow if you don't mind sharing. What’s the main concern with other team members being able to download the .Story files? If you had more control over that access, what would it allow your team to do differently?

Hi! Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s a way to do that. Anyone with access to the review can download the backup. The easiest workaround is to not include the backup when you publish, and store your source files somewhere you control the permissions, like OneDrive or a shared drive.
