Issue deleting folders in Rise
I'm having trouble deleting folders in Rise. I select the bin icon and confirm I want to delete the folder but always get an error message: Request failed with status code 403. There's nothing in the folder and I can't see why it won't work. I've tried different browsers over a period of time. Any advice?

I'm happy to help! Have you tried clearing your browser cache and then trying to delete the folder?
Also, are you using Rise 360 or Rise.com?

Hello :) I started experiencing the same issue with Rise 360 this morning. I have already cleared my browser cache, but that did not fix the issue.

So sorry to hear that it's still occurring. Are you seeing an error when you attempt to delete a folder?
Here are some troubleshooting tips:
-Log out of Rise, close your browser then relaunch it then log back into Rise. Please make sure that the supported browser you are using is updated. Once updated, please restart your browser and try reaccessing it. Does the issue persist?-Try other supported browsers and check if you are still getting the issue. This will check if the issue is browser-specific.

Is the issue specific to deleting folders in Rise? Do you encounter a similar issue when deleting courses? Is anyone from your team experiencing the same issue?
At this point, I would recommend opening a support case here and sharing the screenshots of the folder you are trying to delete as well as any error messages you are encountering. Our support engineers will be able to take a closer look and determine our next course of action.

The issue is specific to deleting folders in Rise 360. I do not have any issue deleting courses. Unfortunately, I may be the only one attempting to delete folder right now so I do not know of anyone else on my team with this issue at this moment.
