We also use SFactors, and while we have not had problems publishing in the last week or so, we have had major issues with other aspects of SFactors (specifically reporting). I encourage you to engage your IT resources as well as the Articulate ones because the problems are likely based with how your IT group allows SFactors / SAP to connect to your network.
