Issues with courses crashing in review
Hi
I have a very large course and it kept crashing, so i pulled a section out and published that section.
There is nothing on the slide it freezes at but an image a shape that acts as a hotspot, a caption and next / prev buttons but it freezes.
the next slide has a trigger that restarts it when time line reaches the end to replicate a gif. Could that be the reason?

So sorry to hear you are having issues with your course crashing. I understand how frustrating that can be.
I have a few additional questions to better assist you:
- Are you using the most recent version of Storyline 360?
- Have you tried restarting the Articulate 360 Application?
- Have you been saving your .story file locally to your computer?
We'd love to take a look at your file and see if we can replicate this on our end. You can share your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case. Whatever you are most comfortable with.
