LMS suggestions

Hello!  I have been running our company's Academy for internal product training, HR, and compliance over the past two plus years.    I want to switch to a different LMS provider.  I will be expanding the Academy to our end customers and continue to build our dealer network as well.  

I would love to hear some suggestions for an LMS that may best suit my needs.
