Loading screen not covering the screen

Hi everyone, 

Since the latest update, i've noticed that the loading/ buffering screen that shows up when you are transitioning between slides, doesnt cover the entire screen. Has anyone else encountered this, or is there a fix for it already?

This is how it looks when it loads the next screen - specifically in Review360 and when you publish for LMS.

    I have a few quick questions to help me understand what you’re seeing:

    • Does this happen with multiple courses, or just one?
      • If it’s only happening in one course, does the loading screen show up on a specific slide, or does it happen randomly?
    • Can you reproduce the issue in a different browser?

      Hi Kelly,

       

      This happens on multiple courses, across multiple people and multiple browsers (chrome, firefox and edge) - it also happens across the entire course.

      I've shared some screenshots across other projects as well

        Thanks so much for sharing those additional details and screenshots!

        It sounds like the issue is happening for multiple users. Could you please try viewing the course in a private/incognito window and let me know whether the behavior changes? Also, if you’re able, please try adjusting the browser zoom level (for example, 100% or 125%) to see if that affects what you’re seeing.

        If you're comfortable sharing the .Story file here or privately in a support case, we'd be happy to conduct additional testing on our end! The file would be deleted once troubleshooting is completed.
