Looping Errors
So I have a question about looping a movement path trigger.
I have an Object (Alien Ship 1) and he has defeated a base and I want him to be doing a little motion path around it (Gloat).

Not sure why this isn't working for you. The attached file uses those triggers, and the object keeps going 'round and 'round.
I suggest you delete your triggers, and then add new ones that do the same. (That's kind of the equivalent of rebooting a computer.) If it still doesn't work, you could submit the case directly to Articulate: https://articulate.com/support/contact/case.
