Not a Valid SCORM Package
I am unable to get a SCORM package to load into Canvas. I get an error that says "This file is not a valid SCORM package." I have contacted Canvas support and sent them the file I was working with....

Sorry to hear you're having trouble uploading SCORM content to your LMS!
A helpful way to troubleshoot the issue is by testing the SCORM package with SCORM Cloud. If it uploads successfully to SCORM Cloud, I suggest checking out the Canvas Instructor Guide or reconnecting with their support team again.
However, if the content also fails to load in SCORM Cloud, please connect with us through a support case so we can look into this further.
