Presenter changing font during publish
This is just weird. Here's my screen pre-publish:
Same screen in the published version:
It looks like the publishing process is bumping and/or bolding the font. I'd expect weirdness if this was a non-standard font, but I'm using Arial and Courier New here.
Any clues? I'm telling you, I'm having more trouble with Articulate since I upgraded to PPT 2010. Everything was peachy with 2003!

Hi Hendy.
Can you copy this one slide into a new presentation and attach it to your reply so I can take a look?

It's the entire presentation...I just included one screen shot as an example, but the font is being bumped on every single slide. Want me to package up the whole thing?

Hi Hendy.
If you can send us your project files here and let me know the case number, I'll be sure to keep my eye on it for you.

PPT file was corrupt somewhere. Thanks to Articulate for these handy-dandy how-to-recover-from-corrupt-PPT instructions!

It is all about opening a brand new 2010 PPT and reusing (importing) the slides from the old 2003 PPT. YOu have to click KEEP SOURCE FORMATTING when you bring them in. I have been searching for a couple months to get this issue solved. As a matter of fact, I just finished with a 20 email conversation with one of the Articulate Guru's about this. Sid - This is the answer!
Thanks Hendy!

Hi,
I have this same problem. I used Courier font and when published it changed it to something more like Arial. Yesterday I did have my powerpoint file go corrupt. I did a "save as" and renamed it and everything seemed to be working fine, until I looked at the published file.
I tried the suggestion above opening a new 2010 ppt file and reusing the slides (clicking "keep source formatting" but I still have the same issue with the courier font when I publish. Any suggestions??
Thanks.

Hi Rebecca,
Might be a shot in the dark, but have you checked your system's DPI settings?
Articulate Support - Articulate Presenter '09 DPI support
Also, have you tried using a different font, other than Courier? Does the same thing happen after you publish?
It may also help to take a look at the following article:

If the problem continues, we'd be happy to take a look at the project files and see what's going on. Please create an Articulate Presenter package by following the steps in the following article:
