I tried to replicate this behavior using a simple slide with a video, published to Review 360 but the slide does not freeze at all for me. Here's the link I used for testing. Since the course in your screenshot appears to be using a custom menu, there's a possibility that your triggers might cause the behavior.
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
