Quiz Results Slide in Different Scenes

What? I've seen and produced multiple courses that have more than one Results slide. And SL360 now lets you indicate that any of the multiple Results slide can be used for tracking.
If Storyline is preventing you from inserting more than one Results, I suggest you contact the Support team. Because that shouldn't be happening.
