Apologies if I misunderstood your inquiry, but it looks like you're trying to pull up the individual responses of your learners from your LMS for reporting purposes. Most LMSs already have this feature available. Here's a screenshot of a learner's individual responses, including their answers and the score that they got, in the reporting section of SCORM Cloud:
You can try reaching out to your LMS provider to see if they have a report available that is similar to the one shown in my screenshot.
