Thank you for following up on this. Is it possible for you to share the .story file with us so we can troubleshoot further? You can upload it here or privately in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once we narrow down the issue.

It's not a particular file that's doing it. It's the program itself launching. Even when you launch from here to make a new one. However, all the other programs launch just fine.
