Record Screen & Player not Aligning

Hi Elizabeth. The screen resolution is set to 100%. I normally drag my recorder to where I need it to show and sometimes I use the full screen mode. I have tried to use all the dimensions and I will record what I need, transfer it over to articulate/storyline and it looks like it's half cut off from the top of the slide and the bottom of the slide. I have also on the storyline side, changed the slide size thinking that was the issue but none of the options (in the screen shot) ever line up. It is always skewed and even when I attempt to put other dimensions in there like 720x405, it does not align up either.

 

I had never encountered this issue until Monday and I have now uninstalled articulate and storyline 3 times, restarted, installed it back and the same thing. I am using a different browser as well and still does the same thing. I have create 10-15 videos and labs perfectly before this and now I am just unable to create any until I get this resolved. 

Here is a screenshot of a completed one with the dimensions I normally have to use and you can see I still cannot get it to fill the slide but it is almost covered so I can use this.

This next one is a video I created after that and you can see the difference with the screen. 

Here is the same slide when I use the custom option to change the dimensions.

    LucianaPiazza​ Thank you. I resolved the screen issues for the video only however, I did reply back on my support case with my storyline lab file. I believe their might be a bug in the player as I am experiencing more issues with the screen and player skewed dimensions. My team also looked into this and agreed with this conclusion. Is there a way I can remove the latest update from Storyline? I believe that is what has caused my issues since I have created dozens of videos and labs prior to this update, I have really struggled to publish anything since.
