Recovering Invalid or Corrupt

Mystery solved. The audio is not disappearing. The icon is moving ontop of another audio icon. When you have 30 elements on a slide, it is difficult to see this small change.
Still not sure why this would cause the application to crash so violently.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with Storyline crashing while working with text-to-speech. I appreciate your efforts in investigating this issue and sharing your results with us!
I tried replicating the crash using the attached Storyline file. Fortunately, I did not experience the crashing issue using the latest Storyline version. Here's a link to the Peek recording showing my tests.
