Rise 360-Undo Action
Hi,
There doesn't seem to be a way to undo an action in Rise without losing everything. I accidentally deleted a table (I thought was deleting a row) and I couldn't undo the action. Is there a way to do that? If not, that really would be a helpful thing to create.
Thanks,
Kandice
Hi Kandice,
It sounds like you inserted a table inside a text block, is that right? I'm sorry the delete button (trash icon) is confusing. That button is intended to delete the entire table.
If you want to delete a single row, click the row dropdown button, and select Delete Row.
I'll share your feedback about the delete button with our team!
Hello, HQCA CCLE!
As Karl mentioned, go back to your Rise 360 dashboard and then return to your course – that should reset everything. Let us know if you're still running into this!
Hi Nellenda,
When you delete a block in Rise 360, the Undo button will appear for several seconds. If you no longer see that button, you'll want to recreate the block again.
Hi Nellenda! We haven't extended the time that the Rise 360 undo feature appears after deleting a block, and there isn't a way to make it a permanent button option. Thanks for showing your support for this feature enhancement idea!

I've deleted 2 lessons in error ... oh my god ... any way to fix????
I'm so sorry, Sonya! I know that has to be frustrating. Unfortunately, there isn't a way for our Support team to recover deleted lessons.

Until the delete button is permanent, I have found that publishing to Articulate Review gives me a sort of version control and has also allowed me to cut and paste from Review to Rise when I accidentally deleted a lesson.
